As an LXD (Learning Experience Designer), my experience encompasses adult learning programs, including B2B, B2C, and corporate training. I have expertise in the methodologists development and production processes building. Depending on the company, I have managed educational product teams, support, L&D trainees or junior methodologists (2 to 7 people at a time).
In my view, effective education is one that addresses specific challenges and offers practical solutions. Therefore, a rational approach guides my selection of tools during the design process, ensuring that students' needs take precedence over personal tool and method preferences.

Key results:
→ described user functionality, metrics and analytics system for the LMS → developed an approach to educational content, taking into account the peculiarities of the target audience and the product → conducted research (custdev, ui, ux), which formed the basis for the development of the educational project → configured the work of the content team (authors, editors, illustrators)
Self-employed LXD February 2023 - Present
VK As part of this project work, I audited a two-year web development education program with a ten-year legacy. As a result, it was possible to shorten the training period for candidates for entry-level positions for businesses, save 1+ million rubles per cohort, and update the content to meet the business units' requirements for candidates. Also, together with VK I developed and launched courses on Operating Systems, C++ and Industrial Programming for Higher School of Economics and Innopolis.
The Interactive textbook by Yandex Practicum For the pilot product Interactive textbook, I conducted research on the possibilities of launching IT educational programs in medical universities, developed a concept of the program for Sechenov University taking into account budgetary constraints and the content already available at Practicum. As a result, the product team received approval from the management to launch and further develop the textbook.
Tinkoff Learning Experience Designer May 2021 - November 2022
In the corporate university team, I worked with requests from operational units and head office in IT, product, project, and analytics. I was in charge of designing educational events, independently providing the full development cycle from request elicitation to efficiency evaluation and scaling. Coordinated junior positions in the training department: interns, supervisors, new methodologists. Managed the work of SMEs.

I developed educational products and consulted external teams
- Launched 10 hard skills programs for product managers and IT including the first custom onboarding for IT team leads based on the competency matrix of a Tinkoff team leader (average NPS - 75%)
- Every week I hold 3-5 consultations for all teams which want to launch their educational product
